We'll gladly accept returns for merchandise in un-used and sellable condition within 30 days of purchase. No returns after 30 days will be accepted.
No returns on framesets, complete bikes, special orders, pre orders, sale items, or limited edition items. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns or exchanges.
Refunds will be issued for the cost merchandise only (and any applicable taxes), no shipping fees will be refunded. On items that shipped free, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charge.
We are happy to exchange a new/unused non-sale item within 30 days of purchase. Item exchanges are subject to product availability. Buyers are responsible for shipping costs on all returns or exchanges.

We understand that an item may be defective. Beyond Aero guarantees the quality and performance of all products sold. Items with defects in materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of each partner according to their policies.
To help expedite returns or warranty requests, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide as much detail as possible in the email.
